Verify Polish VAT White List supplier accounts with forms and Data Tables

When you run it, it processes form answers using Data Table.

What it does

## Verify supplier bank accounts with Poland's VAT White List before paying Before you pay an invoice, check that the supplier's bank account is on the Polish Ministry of Finance VAT White List (Wykaz podatników VAT). Each check is logged with the official requestId, your proof that the check was done. For accountants, bookkeepers and small business owners in Poland. No API key or credentials needed. ### How it works 1. A simple n8n form asks for the supplier NIP, bank account, invoice number and gross amount. 2. The NIP checksum and the account number (NRB / PL IBAN) are validated locally. 3. The public White List API returns the supplier's VAT status and whether the account is assigned to that NIP on today's date. 4. A verdict is shown on screen: ✅ safe to pay, ⛔ account not on the list, or ⚠️ needs a manual check. 5. Every check is saved in an n8n Data Table (who, what, result, requestId). ### Setup 1. Click Execute workflow on *Run once: create the checks table*. 2. Activate the workflow and open the production URL of *Payment check form*. Share it with whoever pays invoices. 3. Optional: change apiBaseUrl or largePaymentThresholdPln in Settings. ### Good to know - Free API limits (Ministry of Finance): 100 search queries and 5,000 check queries per day. - The White List applies to payments over 15,000 PLN to active VAT payers. If you pay to an account that is not listed, file ZAW-NR with your tax office within the legal deadline. - This is a helper, not tax advice. ### Customization Send ⛔ results to Slack, email or Telegram, or read pending payments from Google Sheets instead of the form.
