Send instant price quotes from forms with Data Tables, Telegram and Gmail

When you run it, it handles email with OpenAI / ChatGPT using Data Table, Gmail, Telegram.

What it does

## Send price quotes and track accept, decline and follow-ups Turn a price request into a tracked quote. Built for service businesses with simple unit pricing (cleaning, repairs, renovation, gardening, IT support). ### How it works 1. A two-page n8n form collects contact details, then shows services live from your price list in a Data Table. 2. The quote is calculated (volume discount, express surcharge, minimum charge, VAT) and saved with status sent. 3. The customer gets it by Gmail with signed Accept and Decline links. A confirmation page protects against email scanners; declines can include a reason. 4. You get a Telegram alert for every new quote and every answer. 5. Every morning, open quotes get one reminder after a few days and are marked expired after their validity date. 6. Every Monday you get a pipeline report: quotes, acceptance rate, value won and open. 7. Optional: enable the AI node to flag what to check in the customer's notes. ### Setup steps - [ ] Execute *Run once: create tables and sample prices*, then edit price_list with your services. - [ ] Add a Crypto credential (HMAC secret: any long random text) and select it in the two Crypto nodes. - [ ] Add Gmail and Telegram credentials. - [ ] Publish the workflow and copy the production URL of *Customer response link* to actionWebhookUrl in Settings. - [ ] In Settings, set business name, currency, VAT, discounts, validity, reminder days, timezone and Telegram chat ID. - [ ] Share the production URL of *Quote request form*. ### Customization Change prices in the Data Table, timing in Settings, or replace Gmail and Telegram with Outlook and Slack.
