Marketplace rules

The trig8n marketplace is run by TERRA VERDE-2025 LTD (TERRA VERDE-2025 OOD) (Kolarovo 7613, Glavinitsa municipality, Silistra region, Bulgaria · UIC/EIK 208360753). It lets members offer their own work (n8n automations, starter kits and Builder projects) to other members. The contract for a listing is between the seller and the buyer; trig8n provides the platform.

1. What can be listed

Only work you made yourself or may pass on. Listings must not contain passwords, API keys, personal data or customer data. trig8n checks every listing before it goes public: secrets block publishing, and work built on a library automation is reviewed by an admin, who may ask for changes or refuse it.

2. Sellers

You describe your listing correctly, keep it working, answer buyers' questions and pay the taxes on your income. We may hide or remove a listing that breaks these rules or the law. We tell you why and you can object at support@trig8n.com.

3. Fees

trig8n keeps 18 % of the gross price (including VAT) of every sale and subscription. The payment provider's fees (Stripe) are paid by the seller. For apps that trig8n hosts, the buyer also pays a hosting fee to trig8n: Small (0.5 CPU, 512 MB) €6.90 per month, Medium (1 CPU, 1 GB) €11.90 per month. All prices are in euros. Card payment opens soon; until then paid listings show their prices but cannot be bought yet.

4. Sales models and licences

Before publishing, every seller chooses how the work is offered: a one-time (lifetime) licence, a monthly or yearly subscription (optionally hosted by trig8n), take over only, or free. Paid models need a price. No listing is free unless its seller chooses so, and joining the community brain does not make a member's work free. One-time and free licences: the buyer may use the work for themselves or their company and host it themselves, but may not resell, republish or share the files. Subscriptions: use while the subscription runs; hosted apps stop when it ends.

5. Taking over an app (source code)

Source code is sold only on request. The buyer asks, the seller sets the price and the rights in a digital agreement (by default the buyer may change and use the code but not resell or republish it), and both confirm the same text with their account. We store the text and its fingerprint as proof. Payment and download start only after both confirmations; either side can cancel before payment, and an offer expires after 14 days.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw. For downloads and source code this right ends when delivery starts, if the buyer asked for immediate delivery and confirmed it. Subscriptions and hosted apps: 14 days, with pro-rata payment for days already used. Faulty products: the legal guarantee applies. Business buyers have no right of withdrawal.

7. How listings are ranked

Listings are sorted by how well they match the search, then by how often they were taken and how recently they were published. Nobody can pay for a better place.

8. Reports and complaints

Anyone can report a listing that breaks the law or these rules. Sellers can send complaints about our decisions to support@trig8n.com; we answer within 7 working days.

9. Changes

We tell sellers about changes to these rules at least 15 days in advance.
