User Sign-Up and Sign-In Service with Airtable
When a sign-up or sign-in request arrives by webhook, it hashes passwords, stores users in Airtable, and checks credentials on login.
The steps
- hash password
- add record to database
- respond with sign up successful
- request to sign up
- request to sign in
- Check if email in database
- If email in database
- respond with email already in use
- check if user exists
- If user exists
- hash submitted password
- If passwords match
- respond with wrong email submitted
- respond with successful login
