Forward UptimeRobot Alerts to Telegram with Screenshots
When an UptimeRobot alert email arrives in Gmail, it extracts the monitor details, takes a screenshot of the site, and sends both to Telegram.
What it does
# Extract ID and URL ## How it works: This node parses UptimeRobot alert emails to extract: - Monitor dashboard URL - Monitor ID (9-digit number) ## Key Functions: 1. Uses regex to find UptimeRobot monitor links in email text 2. Extracts two key pieces of information: - monitorUrl: Full dashboard URL - monitorId: The 9-digit monitor ID ## Technical Details: javascript const regex = /\[(https:\/\/dashboard\.uptimerobot\.com\/monitors\/(\d{9})\?[^\]]*)\]/; // Matches URLs in the email body like: // [https://dashboard.uptimerobot.com/monitors/798811078?...] ## Troubleshooting: - If extraction fails, verify UptimeRobot email format hasn't changed - Check the regex pattern matches current alert emails
