  1. Webhook: Get CVE Details
  2. Fetch CVE from NVD API
  3. Parse CVE JSON → Flat Format
  4. Log CVE Metadata to Sheet
  5. Webhook: Get CVE Change History
  6. Fetch CVE History from NVD API
  7. Parse CVE History JSON → Flat Format
  8. Log CVE History to Sheet
