## Audit SPF, DKIM and DMARC for a list of domains with AI fix plans Keep every domain you manage out of the spam folder. Once a week this workflow checks the email authentication records of all domains in a Google Sheet, scores them, asks an AI model for an exact fix plan when something is wrong, writes everything back to the sheet and alerts you on Telegram when a score drops. ### Who's it for Agencies, MSPs and IT admins who look after client domains, and any business with several sending domains that must meet the Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft sender rules. ### How it works 1. Read domains loads your sheet (one domain per row, optional DKIM selectors). 2. Every domain's MX, SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS and DKIM records are fetched over DNS-over-HTTPS (Google Public DNS, no key). 3. Score each domain grades SPF, DKIM and DMARC from 0 to 100 (A–D) and compares with last week's score from the sheet. 4. Domains with problems go to the AI fix plan (structured output: summary + exact records to publish). Clean domains skip the AI call. 5. Score, grade, issues and the fix plan are written back to the sheet; a Telegram alert goes out only when a score drops. ### How to set up 1. Create a Google Sheet with the columns domain, dkim_selectors, score, grade, issues, fix_plan, checked_at and add your domains. 2. Select the sheet in Read domains and Update sheet row (Google Sheets credential). 3. Add an OpenAI credential to OpenAI Chat Model and your Telegram bot + chat ID to Send alert (Telegram). 4. Click Test workflow, check the sheet, then activate. ### Requirements Google Sheets, an OpenAI API key (one short call per domain with problems) and a Telegram bot.
