Enrich company domains with Apify and score account fit using OpenAI and Google Sheets

On a schedule, it handles email with OpenAI / ChatGPT using Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Apify.

What it does

## Enrich company domains with Apify and score account fit using OpenAI and Google Sheets Turns a list of domains into firmographic records through Apify: company name, description, public emails and phones, social profiles, careers page and hiring platform, email provider and technology stack. Each account is scored against your ideal customer profile, so a raw domain list becomes a ranked account list for sales or recruiting. ### How it works 1. A daily schedule (or the manual trigger) loads Config; a Monday schedule sends a 7-day report instead. 2. Runs the Apify actor company-enrichment-by-domain and downloads the results. 3. Drops incomplete rows and anything already seen in the last 30 days. 4. Score account fit gives a 0-100 rule score; an OpenAI model adds a fit score, verdict and summary. 5. Upserts every row to the Accounts sheet tab. Hot rows go to Slack for approval, warm rows to an email digest. ### Setup steps - [ ] Add an Apify HTTP Header Auth credential (Authorization: Bearer ) on the 3 Apify HTTP nodes. - [ ] Create a Google Sheet with the columns in *Upsert to Google Sheets* and paste its ID into googleSheetId. - [ ] Connect OpenAI, Slack and Gmail; set slackChannelId and digestEmail in Config. - [ ] In Config set actorInput.domains (or companyUrls), then targetTech (tools whose presence signals fit) and icpKeywords (words that describe your ideal customer's business). - [ ] Describe your ideal result in aiCriteria, run once manually, then activate. ### Customization - Change the weights in Score account fit (hiring 20, named email 20, tech fit 20-30, description fit 10-20). - Raise hotScore (60) or warmScore (35) to send fewer alerts. - Needs an Apify account; actor runs use your Apify credits.
