## Track laundry orders with a staff Telegram bot ### How it works 1. Your counter app posts each drop-off to the laundry/order webhook. Bad orders alert the owner on Telegram and Gmail. 2. Valid orders get an LDR order number and an AI agent classifies the fabric care, including same day care. 3. The order goes to the Orders tab, the customer gets a confirmation email, and same day orders ping Discord. 4. Staff text the bot "LDR-... ready" or "LDR-... picked". The order is found and its row updated. Ready orders email the customer a pickup notice and alert Discord, picked orders confirm back on Telegram, and both are logged to ActivityLog. 5. A daily sweep nudges customers whose ready order has waited a day or more, and escalates orders past their promise date by email and Telegram. Quiet days post an all clear to Discord. ### Setup steps - [ ] Create a workbook with Orders and ActivityLog tabs and select it in the Sheets nodes. - [ ] Connect Google Sheets and Gmail, and replace the owner address. - [ ] Create a Telegram bot, add it to the trigger and reply nodes, and set your chat id. - [ ] Connect a Discord bot and pick the alert channel. - [ ] Add an OpenAI credential on Care Classifier Model. - [ ] Point your counter app at the webhook and send one test order. ### Customization Change the care rules in the Classify Care prompt, the nudge and overdue rules in Compute Sweep Actions, or the sweep time.
