## Email new insider stock purchases for your watchlist ### Who's it for Investors who want to know when a company's directors or officers buy its stock with their own money. Open-market purchases are much rarer than insider sales, which happen for taxes, diversification or scheduled plans, so they are worth seeing quickly. ### How it works 1. A Schedule Trigger runs every weekday at 8:00; Run it now runs it on demand. 2. Set your watchlist holds your tickers, the lookback window, a minimum trade value and the email addresses. 3. For each ticker, an HTTP Request asks Equibles for insider purchases reported in the window. 4. A Code node keeps open-market buys above your minimum, leaving out awards, option exercises and gifts. 5. Remove Duplicates drops trades emailed in earlier runs, so each purchase arrives once. 6. The last two nodes build one HTML table, largest first, and send it. No new purchases means no email. ### How to set up 1. Create a free API key at https://equibles.com/dashboard/apikeys. 2. In Get insider purchases, add a Header Auth credential: name Authorization, value Bearer eq_your_key. 3. Add an SMTP credential to Send the digest. 4. Edit Set your watchlist, then activate the workflow. ### Requirements - An Equibles account. The free plan allows 100 requests a day, and each run uses one per ticker. - Any SMTP account. ### How to customize - Swap Send the digest for Slack, Telegram or Gmail. - Run it weekly by changing the cron expression. - Raise minValue to see only large purchases. - The 14-day lookback catches trades that are reported a few days after they happen.
