The registration is normalized and validated, and broken entries alert the coordinator by email and Telegram. 2. Valid registrants are logged to Airtable. DeepSeek writes the confirmation, Gmail sends it and the team gets a Telegram note. 3. A daily reminder sweep reads the WebinarRegistrations table and finds who is due a 24 hour or a 1 hour reminder. DeepSeek writes each one, Gmail sends it and the record is marked sent. 4. A daily follow-up sweep finds webinars that ended in the last few days.
