Triage vet prescription refills and chase sign-offs with Sheets, Gmail, DeepSeek
When a form is submitted, it handles email with OpenAI / ChatGPT and DeepSeek using Gmail, Google Sheets.
What it does
## Triage vet prescription refills with sign-off chasing ### How it works 1. A form refill request is checked for the basics. Repeats within 48 hours get an already received note. 2. The chart is matched and code rules set the decision: approved, needs exam or needs vet review. 3. DeepSeek writes the owner reply. A check holds replies that do not match the decision or name a wrong dose. 4. Replies are sent and tracked, and the vet or front desk is told what to do. 5. Weekdays, unanswered vet sign offs are chased, then escalated to the practice manager. 6. Mornings, due pets get a refill reminder at most every 20 days. ### Setup steps - [ ] Connect Google Sheets, Gmail and DeepSeek (OpenAI-compatible) - [ ] Create Patients, RefillLog and ReminderLog tabs with the listed columns - [ ] Add vet emails to the chart and replace user@example.com - [ ] Ask vets to fill vet_decision when they decide ### Customization Change the 48 hour duplicate window, the 24 and 72 hour chase limits in Find Stale Vet Reviews, or the 20 day reminder gap in Build Due List.
