Audit reviewed email drafts between Google Sheets and n8n Forms with Code and IF

When you run it, it processes form answers using Google Sheets.

What it does

## Find email drafts changed after review ### How it works This workflow helps small teams spot edits made after an email draft was reviewed. Check drafts compares the current draft with its saved version and updates one review-queue row per Draft ID. Review a draft lets the assigned reviewer check the complete message and save an exact snapshot. Run Check drafts again afterward; saving a snapshot does not refresh the queue. A Matches result describes the data at the displayed check time. Apply your normal final review before sending. Review pages expire after 30 minutes; saved reviews last 1 to 90 days. Run one review or audit at a time, with at most 100 combined draft, snapshot and retained queue IDs. The workflow sends no email, uses no AI and has no schedule. ### Setup 1. Open the companion sheet and choose File → Make a copy. Keep all three tabs, headers on row 7 and data from row 8. Start with the snapshots and queue empty. 2. Set the copied sheet ID in Configure tracker. Connect one Google Sheets account to all nine Sheets nodes. 3. Set Required reviewer in each Drafts row to that person's n8n sign-in email. Keep n8n User Auth, Require Execute Access and Include User in Output enabled in Review a draft. 4. Test the fictional samples: audit, review draft 001, then audit again. Change its recipient and rerun the audit; it should need review again.
