## AI onboarding for new Clientify contacts ### Who is this for Customer success and sales teams on Clientify CRM who want every new customer to receive, within minutes, a personal welcome email and an invitation to a welcome meeting, with the contact assigned to the right person in the CRM. ### How it works 1. Contact saved in Clientify (Clientify Trigger, *Contact Saved*) fires when a contact is created or edited. New contact with email? keeps only brand-new contacts ( within 60 seconds of ) with a usable email, so edits to existing contacts never trigger the onboarding. 2. Company and sender settings holds your company name, what you do, the sender's name and email, the calendar to book in and the meeting length. 3. Already onboarded? and Not onboarded yet check the contact timeline for the note "Welcome email sent", so each contact is onboarded once. 4. Write welcome email and book meeting is an AI agent (OpenAI) with two Google Calendar tools: it reads the sender's agenda for the next days, books a free slot with the contact as attendee and writes a warm, personalized email that mentions the meeting. 5. Convert email to HTML and Send welcome email deliver it from Gmail. 6. List Clientify users and Match sender user find the Clientify user whose email is the sender's, and Assign contact owner sets them as owner of the contact. 7. Record onboarding as note stores the email subject and the meeting date in the contact timeline. ### Setup 1. Install the community node n8n-nodes-clientify and create a Clientify API credential. Select it in the trigger and in the four Clientify nodes. 2. Add your OpenAI, Google Calendar (both tools) and Gmail credentials. 3. Open Company and sender settings and fill in company name, activity, sender name and email (it must be a Clientify user), calendar ID (usually the sender's Google email), time zone and meeting length. 4. Make sure n8n is reachable on a public HTTPS URL and no other active workflow listens to Clientify contacts. 5.
