## Collect and chase lien waivers ### How it works 1. An invoice webhook starts the request. Incomplete or duplicate invoices are stopped and finance is told. 2. A GPT-6.1-sol agent drafts the vendor email, and a fact check swaps in a template if the invoice, amount or due date is missing. 3. The request is logged and sent with retries. The Gmail id or a send failure is written back to the row. 4. A receipt webhook marks the waiver received only when the invoice exists and is still open, then clears payment. 5. Every morning vendors get up to three reminders and finance gets an overdue escalation. 6.
