Google Sheets checks the campaign's 'Status' column for changes. 2. OpenAI generates a professional promotional poster based on the campaign's offer details. 3. UploadToURL uploads the generated image and returns a public URL. 4. Google Sheets retrieves customers whose 'VIP Member' value is 'Yes'. 5. Gmail creates a personalized promotional email containing the offer details, promo code, and poster. 6. The email is sent to each matching customer.
