Create QuickBooks Sales Receipts from Stripe Payments
When a webhook call reports a Stripe payment, it finds or creates the QuickBooks customer, records the payment and creates a sales receipt.
What it does
### Step 1 – Webhook (Capture Payment) - This node acts as the entry point of the workflow. - It listens for the successful payment intent event coming from Stripe. - When a payment is successfully processed on Stripe, the webhook immediately captures the event payload and triggers the workflow execution. - The captured data includes essential payment details such as: - Customer ID - Payment ID - Amount paid - Payment status - This ensures the workflow only runs when a payment has been successfully completed.
The steps
- QuickBooks - Find Customer
- IF - Customer Exists?
- Create a customer
- Create a payment
