What it does

## Send followup email using Gmail to Hubspot contacts Following up at the right time is one of the most important parts of sales. This workflow uses Gmail to send outreach emails to Hubspot contacts that have already been contacted only once more than a month ago, and records the engagement in Hubspot.

The steps

  1. Every day at 9 am
  2. Send outreach email
  3. Record engagement in HubSpot
  4. Get previously HubSpot contacts
  5. if last contacted before a month
  6. Get Hubspot Contact to engagement
  7. if there has been only one engagement
  8. Set email keys
