Create short social videos from Google Drive photos with Gemini and Hailuo

## Turn photos in a Google Drive folder into short videos and post them Drop photos in a Google Drive folder and get short videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts: Gemini plans the motion and captions, MiniMax Hailuo animates the photo and PostWire posts it. ### How it works 1. Every 2 hours finds the photos in the folder and Take the next photo picks one. Move to the Animated folder claims it, so a photo is never animated twice. 2. Write the captions with Gemini looks at the photo and writes the motion prompt, a caption per network and the YouTube title. 3. Hailuo image to video (MiniMax) animates the photo and waits until the clip is ready. 4. Post to TikTok, Reels and Shorts (PostWire) uploads the clip and publishes it with each caption. 5. Log the video adds the links to a Google Sheets log. If the render or a network fails, Log the fix and Email me the fix say what to fix. ### Setup 1. Install the verified PostWire node (search "PostWire" in the nodes panel), create an account at postwire.io, connect your networks and paste your API key into a PostWire API credential. 2. Add a Google Gemini credential and a MiniMax credential (video is billed per clip). 3. Create two Drive folders, To animate and Animated, and pick them in Find new photos and Move to the Animated folder. Vertical photos give vertical videos. 4. Create a sheet with the columns photo, file_link, status, posted_at, links and note, and pick it in both log nodes. Connect Gmail and fill in Video settings. ### Customize Change the style in Video settings, the length in the Hailuo node or the networks in the PostWire node (the free plan posts to 2 networks per post).
