Copy Confirmed Grist Rows into Another Table

When a webhook reports a Grist row marked as confirmed, it checks for an existing entry and creates a new row in another table if none exists.

What it does

## Confirmation-based In the source table there is a boolean column "Confirmed" that will trigger the transfer. This way there is a manual check involved & it's a conscious step to trigger the workflow.
