Flag at-risk supplier deliveries with Google Sheets and Slack alerts

On a schedule, it moves and syncs data using Google Sheets, Slack.

What it does

## Supplier Failure Early-Warning System ### How it works This workflow runs on a daily schedule to check purchase orders against supplier history, customer commitments, and carrier tracking data. It joins the source data, scores supplier delivery risk, and branches based on whether any risks are found. When risks exist, it writes them to a risk register and sends a Slack alert; every run is logged and normalized for downstream reporting. ### Setup steps - Configure the schedule on the Daily Early-Warning Check trigger for the desired run time and timezone. - Edit the CONFIG - Edit Before Running node with the correct Google spreadsheet ID, Slack channel, timezone, and lateGraceDays threshold. - Connect Google Sheets credentials with access to the purchase orders, supplier history, customer commitments, carrier tracking, risk register, and run log sheets. - Connect Slack credentials and confirm the bot can post to the configured channel. - Review the code nodes to ensure column names and risk-scoring assumptions match the spreadsheet structure. ### Customization Adjust the risk-scoring logic, grace period, Slack message format, and sheet/tab names to match your supplier monitoring process. @youtube
